The AquaMine-GO-Annotation dataset contains GO annotations from combined sources: 1) UniProt-GOA (when available for a species), 2) Ensembl BioMart (when available for a species), 2) transfer of GO terms from InterPro protein domain matches, 3) transfer of GO terms from UniProt-GOA and Ensembl BioMart based on cross-species reciprocal best hits, 4) inferred annotations using inter-ontology links in the go.obo file downloaded from the Gene Ontology Consortium. The files are provided in GAF format.
